Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "aci67", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the aci67 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at aci67.io, and its operating entity.
• "Platform" — refers to the aci67 website, mobile interface, software, and all associated services available at aci67.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the aci67 Platform.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account held by a Player on the aci67 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player into their aci67 Account using an approved payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account by aci67 in connection with a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by aci67 prior to processing withdrawals or upon request at any time.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, crash games, and any other wagering products offered through the Platform.
• "BST" — refers to Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the operating time zone of the aci67 Platform.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Service on the aci67 Platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. aci67 applies a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practice.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the aci67 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. aci67 makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available in any specific location. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at the Player's own risk and aci67 accepts no liability arising from such access.

2.3 Registration Requirements. To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account on the aci67 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If aci67 identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, all associated Accounts will be closed and any balances — including Real Money Balances — may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.5 Account Approval. aci67 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account details with any third party. aci67 will never contact you to request your password.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify aci67 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Until such notification is received and confirmed, aci67 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). aci67 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address dated within 90 days. Withdrawal access will not be granted until KYC verification is successfully completed. aci67 may also request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. aci67 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to ৳500 per month to dormant Accounts after prior notification. If the balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting aci67 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Accounts subject to an active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods. aci67 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). aci67 reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and may be subject to a processing delay during which the funds are returned to the originating payment source.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank card and USDT deposits are subject to standard network confirmation times. aci67 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain network congestion.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised. aci67 will process eligible withdrawal requests within 30 seconds for verified Accounts under normal operating conditions.

4.5 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are set per payment method and are communicated in the aci67 cashier section. aci67 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests that exceed standard transaction thresholds.

4.6 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. aci67 reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific payment method for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.

4.7 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made only from payment accounts owned and controlled by you. Payments from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. aci67 will return and refuse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and may suspend the Account pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by aci67 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings attributable to those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, applicable game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions (for sportsbook bonuses), and bonus expiry dates are stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying a wagering requirement. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10%–20%, and table games contribute 10%. Specific contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotion terms. Crash games and sports bets have contribution rates stated per promotion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. aci67 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically offset bets to clear a wagering requirement without genuine risk; using third-party software to optimise bonus extraction. Where bonus abuse is identified, aci67 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings and close the Account.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry date after which unused bonus funds and any associated pending winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates from the Account dashboard.

5.6 Promotions for Bangladesh Players. aci67 may offer promotions timed to coincide with events of significance in Bangladesh, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and national holidays. These promotions will be communicated via the aci67 promotions page and, where applicable, via registered email addresses. Participation in such promotions is subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the aci67 Platform use independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems that produce fair and unpredictable outcomes. aci67 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published and accessible from the game information panel.

6.2 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on the aci67 Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface before you place a wager. aci67 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.

6.3 Accepted Bets. A sports bet is only confirmed and accepted once you receive a confirmation notification within the aci67 sportsbook interface. Bets that are not confirmed should be treated as void. aci67 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.

6.4 Voided Bets. aci67 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. Winnings attributable to manifestly erroneous odds will not be paid.

6.5 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Live bet acceptance is subject to the availability of the market at the time the bet is placed. aci67 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any point during an event.

6.6 Cricket Markets. Cricket betting at aci67 covers Bangladesh national team matches, BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. Settlement of cricket bets follows the official result declared by the governing body of the competition. In cases where an official result is not declared (e.g., due to weather, match abandonment), aci67 will apply the settlement rules published for each cricket competition in the sportsbook rules section.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aci67 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent KYC or verification process;
• Using funds of illegal origin to make deposits on the Platform (money laundering);
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or identity fraud;
• Colluding with other players in poker, table games, or any other game format where collusion provides an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, AI-driven wagering tools, or any form of software that automates interactions with the Platform without the express written permission of aci67;
• Exploiting software errors, platform glitches, or pricing errors to gain an advantage;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcomes using aci67 bonus funds;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal;
• Allowing or assisting a person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively impacts the experience of other players.

Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the aci67 Platform, including but not limited to the aci67 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the property of aci67 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Licence to Use. aci67 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

8.3 Third-Party Game Content. Game content provided by third-party suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers. aci67 licences this content for use on the Platform and does not claim ownership over it.

Privacy & Data

9.1 Privacy Policy. aci67's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the aci67 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

9.2 Data Use. Personal data collected during registration and subsequent use of the Platform is used for Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, promotional communications. aci67 does not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

9.3 Cookies. The aci67 Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session integrity, analyse usage patterns, and deliver a personalised experience. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the aci67 Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

10.1 Commitment. aci67 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players. We provide a suite of player protection tools that are accessible directly from every Account dashboard.

10.2 Available Tools. Players may apply the following controls at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your Account;
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum duration for continuous play sessions, after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Cool-Off Period — Take a short break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the aci67 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10.3 Age Verification. aci67 applies strict 21+ age verification. If we have reason to believe a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any deposits made by an underage player will be refunded and winnings will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. While aci67 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. aci67 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of Platform unavailability.

11.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aci67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11.3 Cap on Liability. aci67's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Force Majeure. aci67 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms that results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or other force majeure events.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 aci67's Right to Suspend. aci67 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time without prior notice if: (a) we have reason to believe you have breached these Terms; (b) your Account is under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct; (c) we receive a chargeback or payment dispute in connection with your Account; or (d) we are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.

12.2 Account Closure by aci67. aci67 reserves the right to permanently close your Account at its sole discretion. In the event of closure due to a material breach of these Terms, aci67 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via an approved payment method.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. You must cease all use of the Platform. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 11, 13, and 14 — will continue to apply after Account closure.

Disputes & Complaints

13.1 Internal Complaints Process. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the aci67 Platform or Service, you should first contact the aci67 customer support team by email at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint, your Account username, and any supporting documentation. aci67 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 24 hours (BST) and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

13.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint by writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Escalation — [Your Username]". aci67 will conduct a senior review and respond within 10 business days of receipt of the escalation.

13.3 Game Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the data recorded in the aci67 server logs shall be the definitive record of the outcome of any game round or bet. Player-side screenshots or recordings are not accepted as primary evidence of a game result discrepancy.

Governing Law

14.1 Offshore Operation. aci67 operates as an offshore online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity of aci67 is incorporated, which may be updated from time to time.

14.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operating entity's jurisdiction of incorporation.

14.3 Player Responsibility. Nothing in this Section limits or affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence. It is your responsibility to understand the legal framework applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the aci67 Platform.

Amendments

15.1 Right to Amend. aci67 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on the aci67 website at aci67.io/terms-conditions.

15.2 Notification. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, financial terms, or game rules — aci67 will notify Players via registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing provisions or corrections of typographical errors) may be made without advance notice.

15.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the aci67 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
